CardioKick: High-Energy Kickboxing Workout in St. Pete

This isn’t your average fitness class! CardioKick combines the intensity of kickboxing with functional strength and cardio training to help you achieve your goals while having a blast. Whether you’re here to get fit, learn new skills, or blow off some steam, this 60-minute workout is perfect for all fitness levels.

What to Expect in CardioKick

Round-Based Training:

 Move through 3-minute rounds of punches, kicks, kettlebell exercises, and core work.

  

Dynamic Structure:

Start with a 5-minute warm-up, then dive into high-energy drills, finishing with a 5-8 minute cooldown.  

Supportive Coaching:

Get guidance tailored to your needs from instructors who care about your progress.
